These terms apply to everyone who uses glowyhelmets.store or buys from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

The store is operated by Yasir Rehman, trading as GlowyHelmets (ABN [YOUR ABN]). "We", "us" and "our" refer to that business.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The item is out of stock
  • There's been a pricing or listing error
  • We suspect fraud
  • We can't ship to your address

If we cancel an order you've paid for, you get a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We can change prices at any time, but never after you've placed an order.

We try hard to keep prices accurate. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour it.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen than in person, and small variations between units are normal for a manufactured item.

Age

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to order from us.

Safety

Our products contain small parts and button batteries. They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 3. See the safety information on the product page and in our Legal Notice.

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under it.

Our content

Everything on this store — text, images, video, logos, layout — belongs to us or is used with permission. Don't copy it for commercial use without asking.

Liability

Nothing here excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Beyond those rights, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
