Free shipping on every order, worldwide. No minimum spend, no surprises at checkout.

How long it takes

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery can take longer to remote areas or certain international destinations because of customs processing. Orders placed during Black Friday, Christmas and Lunar New Year may also take longer — carriers get congested and we can't speed that up.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. It can take 2–3 days for tracking to start updating after you receive it — that's normal, the parcel is moving before the scans catch up.

If tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, email support@glowyhelmets.store.

Wrong address

Check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away — we can usually fix it before dispatch. Once it's shipped we can't redirect it, and parcels returned to sender because of a wrong address will be reshipped at your cost.

Customs and duties

For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These are set by your country, not by us, and we have no way to predict or prevent them.

Lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us and we'll resend it or refund you in full.
